Reporting to the Head of Insights and Advisory this Finance decision support Senior Manager will work with the business and provide key financial support and input into decisions making.

Key responsibilities of the Senior Finance Partner include:

Decision support, performance & planning for the business segment
Driving strategic initiatives and investment opportunities
Leading Annual Operating Plan and forecast analysis
Insights and data analysis to develop business cases
Stakeholder management, and responding to business and finance stakeholder queries, presenting and influencing stakeholders.
Navigate a changing and regulatory focussed banking environment, keep abreast of changes to assess financial implications on business products and strategy.

As a Senior Finance Partner we are seeking the following skills and experience:

Finance business partnering /Financial planning and analysis experience within retail/consumer/personal banking is preferred, open to broader Banking or Financial Services industry experience
Strong Banking industry understanding, experienced navigating a changing and regulatory focussed Banking environment
Data and business intelligence skills, including advanced Excel and Power BI
Strong business writing, verbal presentation and storytelling skills
Curious mindset
Experience with senior stakeholder management in complex, change environments
Understanding of Financial Reporting, Accounting and Finance Principles
