    Randstad are pleased to be partnering with our client who are a growing company operating within the healthcare sector. They are experiencing growth following off the back of large acquisitions. Our client is a multinational company with over 200 locations in Australia.


    About the role:

    Reporting to the Finance Manager, this is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Finance Officer to join a growing and supportive Finance Team. Your key responsibilities will include:

    • Perform bank reconciliation processes
    • Ensure accuracy of banking transaction postings and allocation of revenue
    • Improve automation of banking allocations from data warehouse
    • Assist with daily cash flow forecast
    • Review and report on outstanding debtors
    • Raise ad-hoc invoices as required
    • Investigate queries and unallocated transactions
    • Provide effective communication, advice and assistance to internal and external stakeholders and develop and maintain quality relationships.

    About you:

    • 3+ experience in a similar role
    • Experience in a high volume environment
    • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
    • Experience with a large ERP (Dynamics NAV or D365 would be highly regarded
