The Senior Finance Business Partner reports to the Head of Finance and is the key decision support partner to the business and provides key financial support and input into decisions making.
Key responsibilities of the Senior Finance Business Partner include:
- Forecasting, performance & planning and financial reporting/control
- Provide detailed financial analysis by using data analytical skills
- Using Powerpoint or Power BI to demonstrate the insights and analysis
- Key contributor to the maintenance of a strong balance sheet control and understanding
- Review planning models to ensure business inputs and group assumptions are reflected
- Stakeholder management, and responding to business and finance stakeholder queries, present results to senior stakeholders.
As a Senior Finance Business Partner we are seeking the following skills and experience:
- Seeking a CA/CPA/ACCA (or equivalent) qualified candidate
- 5-7 years of professional experience in a finance team within retail/consumer/personal banking is essential therefore a strong understanding of a consumer bank balance sheet and P&L.
- Data and business intelligence skills, including advanced Excel and Power BI
- Deep analysis and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with senior stakeholder management in complex, change environments
