Senior Document Controller

Randstad are partnering with a global organisation to recruit a Senior Document Controller for a exciting 12 month opportunity based in the CBD.

Role Responsibilities

Assist with problem solving of Document Control issues, and contribute to the process of continuous improvement.

Process mapping of information flows, and assisting with creation of procedures, work instructions and help guides.

Provide education / mentoring in information management processes and systems.

Deliver a high level of customer service in regard to Project Information Management, and provide hands on assistance to the project team.

Provide a proactive approach to change including effective problem solving and decision making.

Ensure adherence to quality control of format & status of project documentation.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Professional qualifications related to information management will be highly regarded

You will have strong written and verbal communications

Computer literacy / Microsoft Office / Adobe / EDMS

Vendor Document Control experience

Experience in using the Microsoft Office suite of applications, Aconex, SmartPlant and Adobe Professional.
