Senior Desktop Engineer with a Broad technical background to resolve complex problems opportunity to extend
Senior Desktop Support Engineer is currently required for a contract to 30th June 2022 to lead the team technically and resolve escalated issues from the team and more complex problems. This is within a Office 365, Windows 10, Active Directory/Azure, Intune technical environment.
To be successful in this position you will be a highly experienced Desktop Support Engineer who has solid experience in providing senior level /escalation support within a Microsoft, SCCM, Office 365, Windows 10, skype for business, messaging and video conference environment. You will have also experience in working with vendors. Excellent communication and customer service skills are a must. An ITIL certification would be an advantage.
