About the Role

Seeking senior customer service candidates, with experience in highly professional customer service and good experience with Excel, within a professional office. The roles are based in the inner north suburbs of Melbourne, and are easily accessible by public transport. This role will be based in a small office environment. This is a great opportunity to work with a world renowned company in it's industry.

These roles have an ASAP start in February 2018 and are on a temporary basis for up to approximately 2-3 months, and full availability is required for the next 3 months. This role may possibly extend depending on project requirements. Pay for the role will be $30-35 per hour depending on experience.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • To provide an excellent standard of customer service to both our internal and external customers through proficient order turnaround, effective communication and prompt and courteous attention to customer requirements.

Skills & Experience

  • previous senior customer service experience is preferred but not essential
  • knowledge from a distribution/logistics/warehouse background is an advantage
  • ability to deliver excellent customer service
  • able to deal with a wide range of queries and think on your feet, there may not necessarily be a process for all queries so being able to use your initiative confidently and in a capable manner to handle this
  • excellent administrative skills
  • SAP (Hana) experience is preferred but not essential
  • MUST be proficient with Microsoft Office package - especially Excel
  • great rapport building skills, and maintaining professionalism at all times
  • excellent communication skills (written, verbal and presentation)
  • great phone etiquette
  • excellent attention to detail
  • excellent time management skills
  • able to work within a small team and office
