As a renowned global leader, our client is currently expanding and rapidly expanding. Due to this we are currently seeking 3 experienced Senior Customer Service Call Centre agents to join their team in Melbourne on the 14th of October
Your New Role
As the Senior Customer Service Officer, you will play a pivotal role to the collections team, ensuring smooth call taking whilst providing motivation and development to the wider team. This permanent full-time role will commence on the 14th of October
Your main responsibilities will include:
... - Motivate and develop team members
- Handle all escalations and solve process related queries
- Support in roll-out of training programs for the collections team
- Provide coaching and feedback to to the collections team
- Ability to be a passionate advocate for people development and customer experience
- Commitment to improve customer experience
- Ability to communicate effectively and possess sufficient soft skills to handle customers
- Ability to work under pressure and handle difficult customers.
- Support Team leader as required
