This leading financial services institution is a highly regarded brand, which manages the financial needs of corporate, institutional and government clients in Australia. They are a leading provider of wholesale banking services and this specific team works closely with their Relationship Managers to support business decisions in the Health and Aged Care sector, offering both proactive and ongoing industry insights, credit analysis and portfolio risk management.
Working collaboratively with Relationship Managers, Product experts and peer Analysts, you will assess and in some cases lead a wide range of deals, helping to initiate structure and review a range of complex transactions from their health and aged care portfolio from private large corporates through to listed major names.
Your key areas of focus will include:
With excellent credit writing experience and modelling skills, being key, with a natural ability to engage and influence your stakeholders, you will be interested and passionate about this sector and its contribution to the bank's success. You will be independent and competent at structuring and writing credit papers and taking them right through to final submission, ideally with some knowledge of cash flow lending, bi-lateral facilities, leveraged or acquisition finance and all the related legal documentation and T&Cs a big advantage. Ultimately you will have good commercial acumen and will thrive most when working as part of a happy, collaborative team.
