This rapidly expanding financial services business requires an experienced Prudential Policy & Compliance Manager. Within this exciting and diverse role you be will assisting the business with management and oversight of their policy from a Prudential perspective.

The role will be a key part of the management and oversight of compliance and Prudential Policy requirements. Specifically this role will ensure that the obligations from a regulatory perspective are being met.

As the Senior Manager for Compliance ( Prudential standards) ideally you will have a solid understanding of the regulatory environment governing financial services and good knowledge of local and international Prudential Standards

Duties will include;

  • Oversight and Management of all Prudential policies and, where necessary, procedures to promote client contractual, legislative and regulatory compliance
  • Ensure that the current framework and Policies and standards reflect ever increasing changes to Prudential standards at both a local and also international level.
  • Ensure the business is aware of their regulatory and Prudential obligations from both a local and international perspective.

As the Senior Manager for Compliance ( Prudential standards) you will have extensive experience across Prudential and Compliance requirements from a Banking Prudential perspective. You will also need to have managed and overseen staff previously. This is a an outstanding opportunity to grow your career in a long term contract with a leading brand.
