About the role As the Senior Communications Adviser - Internal Communications, your objective will be to support and build on the vision, values and reputation of the VHBA. This will be achieved through the coordination of tailored, persuasive and impactful communications. Reporting to the Head of Strategic Communications, this role will support information sharing and help to enhance a culture of engagement and collaboration through:Identifying and driving effective internal communications activitiesDelivering up-to-date key messagesCreating of engaging branded written and visual assetsManaging key stakeholders and competing prioritiesWhat you will need to be successfulFor success you will be a strong writer and editor with content creation skills. You will have experience working in a similar role developing and delivering integrated internal communication or change strategies. Ideally, you will have worked within a complex environment involving multiple, and often senior stakeholders.Able to produce effective internal communication productsExperience across multiple channels and for multiple audiencesManage internal social media networks, intranet, e-newsletters and eventsProactively identify communications opportunitiesA tertiary qualification related to communications and media would be an advantage.
