ABOUT US

Randstad is a supplier to SA Government under the SA Government across Government Temporary Staff Panel and provide temporary staff for ICT. We are also a supplier to major commercial ASX listed companies for professional ICT contract staffing.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Working in the Information Asset Management Improvement and EDRMS Preparedness Project, you will be part of a high performing project team who are planning records management improvements across its current systems and processes, upgrading its digitisation systems and is in the process of preparing for an EDRMS implementation.

In line with the State Records of South Australia’s Adequate Records Management Framework and EDRMS Procurement and Pre-implementation Guideline, you will work closely with key stakeholders to plan, scope, design and deliver the project’s improvement outcomes.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the largest government agencies in South Australia with 26 metropolitan and country sites and employs over 2,200 staff.

The Agency’s information, communications and technology (ICT) strategy is focused on ICT investment with a goal of positioning itself well for meeting the business challenges of 2020 and beyond. The Records Management Improvement and EDRMS Preparedness program is a high priority of the Agency’s ICT Strategy. The future implementation of an EDRMS will establish technologies for managing the Agency’s information assets and will support the building of a digital platform for innovation and productivity improvements.

ABOUT YOU

To ensure your success within this role you will have recent and in-depth experience of records management in government and recent experience with EDRMS design, implementation and transition planning. Government and Records Management experience as well as experience with EDRMS systems such as Content Manager/TRIM, ECM, RecFind, Objective, etc, is essential. Adequate Records Management and EDRMS procurement and pre-implementation experience will be highly regarded.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on a high profile project based in Adelaide. The initial contract is until the End of June 2019, however, a likely extension is on offer.

A current DCSI clearance is preferred, or the ability to obtain one.
