Sitting in Group Finance the Regulatory Reporting team is responsible for reporting to the regulatory bodies – APRA and RBA and ABS.

To get a feel for this role the tasks include the following:

  • Monthly and quarterly Credit Risk reporting.
  • Assist in the preparation of the Pillar 3, Profit announcement and annual report tables
  • Provision of data required on an ad hoc basis to the Regulators
  • Involvement in continuous improvements and integration project s

In order to be successful we are looking for the following skills, education and experience in the applicant:

  • 2 or 3 years experience as a Data Analyst working with Big data, large volume data set
  • Mandatory medium - advanced skills in SAS/SQL
  • Banking or Financial Services industry experience is highly desired, alternatively work experience in a large and complex environment
  • Analytical degree qualified in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Maths, Statistics, or equivalent
  • Credit risk reporting background is desirable
  • Seeking a collaborative and self directed individual with leadership qualities
