Project Coordinator

Exciting opportunity for an experienced senior administrator, EA or project coordinator to work ona project within the government sector.

• Based in the CBD
• Contract until March
• $45 - $60 per hour + super

The Role

This is a great opportunity for an experienced senior administrator, EA or project officer to work on an exciting project where you will be responsible for the following:

• Delivering outcomes within agreed timeframes
• Planning and prioritising work demands
• Reporting, monitoring and evaluation of project performance status
• Proof reading documents
• Minute taking
• Diary Management
• Decision making
• Providing high level admin support
• Provide input to strategic plans

About you

You as an experienced senior administrator, EA or project officer will have experience with the above requirements of the role and be able to demonstrate the following:

• Great multitasking skills as you will be working on competing demands
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Able to work across multiple systems and pick them up quickly.
• Great organisation skills
• Strong typing skills
• If you have experience with SAP this will be an advantage
