About the Role:
As an Senior Administrative Assistant you will assist with a range of different tasks and responsibilities - this is a diverse role. The business supports local government members in WA and you would play an integral part in supporting these functions.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing events logistic support and administration within marketing and communications
- Support the CEO in organising his diary, booking accommodation and external meetings.
- Provide secretarial support to the Board of Directors, coordinating meetings, sending reminders, agenda papers and assisting in taking minutes. Board meetings occur 10 times a year.
Start Date: Monday 4th November. 7 month contract.
Skills and Experience:
Our client is looking for someone with previous experience in senior administration or executive/personal assistant positions.
- Experience working in an administrative environment
- A problem solver who is solution oriented and can figure things out on their own
- Engaging persona and excellent communication skills
- High level attention to detail
