Key Responsibilities

• Architecture Design: Develop standards-based ICT solution architectures that meet whole-of-government and agency-specific requirements, ensuring operational efficiency and performance.
• Technical Advisory: Provide expert consultancy on S/4HANA security design and support to key stakeholders.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Consult with stakeholders on current and future security models for the S/4HANA solution, including iWFM, FIORI, GRC Access Control, IAS, and IPS.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with various teams (business analysis, development, infrastructure, network, etc.) to implement a robust security model for the S/4HANA solution.
• Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all stakeholder groups, ensuring adherence to governance models.
• Organisational Duties: Contribute to effective division management by following financial and quality management practices, and ensuring information security.

Ideal Candidate

• Experience: Extensive experience in end-to-end security design for ICT systems, including SAP RISE security models, IAS/IPS, and SAP GRC.
• Technical Skills: Expertise in security aspects of business continuity, risk management, and information security architectures.
• Knowledge: Proven knowledge in governance, risk, and compliance, as well as identity and access management.
• Interpersonal Skills: Ability to interact with internal stakeholders and ensure compliance with relevant policies and standards.
• Documentation and Communication: Ability to develop technical documents, reports, and presentations to guide security solution implementation.

Qualifications and Skills

• ERP Security: Minimum three years’ experience in ERP security roles with at least two full implementations or upgrades.
• Complex Systems: Proven expertise in developing security structures for complex systems.
• Compliance: Knowledge of risk assessment procedures and authorization methodologies, particularly IAS/IPS.
