The Security Lead & Technical Lead is responsible for setting up and executing the security and technical strategy for transitioning to SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud. This role provides expert guidance and leadership in security and technical matters, ensuring the project follows company security standards and best practices, stays on budget, and meets organizational goals. The role involves planning and managing security and technical activities, ensuring compliance, and handling risks throughout the project.
... Technical Skills:
- Experience in Identifying and Defining Security Requirements: Adept at determining security requirements for SAP S/4HANA implementations to ensure system integrity, confidentiality, and availability.
- Development and Alignment of Security Standards: Proven ability to contribute to the creation and alignment of enterprise security standards and frameworks.
- Expertise in Critical Security and Design Decisions: Skilled in providing authoritative advice on critical security decisions, key design considerations, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with organizational standards.
- Leadership in Technical Activities: Experienced in leading technical activities, including resource allocation, scheduling, and managing process/system changes for smooth project execution.
- Collaboration with Stakeholders: Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure cohesive project progression.
- Technology Risk Assessment and Compliance: Proficient in conducting and monitoring technology risk assessments, overseeing project technology risks, and ensuring adherence to project methodologies and stage gates.
- Validation of Implementation Approaches: Experienced in validating and endorsing implementation partner approaches to ensure they meet business requirements and align with security and technical standards.
- Oversight of Internal Controls and Segregation of Duties: Proven track record in ensuring adherence to segregation of duties and other internal controls throughout program delivery to mitigate risks.
