Duties:
- Leading Agile ceremonies using Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methodology- including daily stand ups, sprint planning, sprint review and sprint retrospectives-ensuring they are positive and productive.
- Providing reports and dashboards to leadership/management on sprint and program deliverables.
- Assisting with managing the product backlog and prioritisation tasks, ensuring alignment with key deliverables.
Skills:
- Evidenced experience (>3 years) and industry recognised certification/qualifications as a Scrum Master.
- A strong understanding of the SAFe methodology and its application within a large and complex Program, preferably within a government context.
- Proficiency in using various IT applications and project management tools, including the MS Suite, Azure DevOps, and Miro or similar.
