What does your new role look like?

During the initial phase of your role, and under the guidance of your leadership team, you will assist members and/or their supporters with their insurance claim or other components of their superannuation. This includes consolidating required information, preparing case files, drafting decisions and submissions to finalise the member’s query. In some circumstances you will assist members through complex and sensitive circumstances, and this will include liaising with the member or their network of supporters over the phone. Our client is bound by legislation so all decisions must adhere to the relevant legislation.

You will have a high degree of engagement with members or their network of supporters, as well as working closely with other teams within the company to ensure the members iteration with the fund is seamless.
