Your New role

The purpose of this role is to perform data analysis and customer correspondence tasks required for deployment planning processes, specifically the daily operational activities required to support forecasting, planning, enquires, Reconciliation of retailer service request, site details and field work orders.

Your key duties

  • Manage the release of deployment batches to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Validation, Cleansing and preparation of retailer Metering data
  • Coordinate communions coverage checking of bulk addresses with suppliers
  • Manage planned and unplanned job in your inbox.
  • Monitor the progress of completed work and identify reason for vacancies.
  • Using Google maps to provide illustrations of deployment locations.
  • Communicate with Field techs and main stake holders.

Your profile

  • Recent proven, stable experience in a similar coordinator, scheduling or project role will be well regarded.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Advanced excel
  • A genuine desire to assist internal and external operations.
  • Be extremely reliable and able to work full-time hours. 8:30am - 5:00pm M-F
  • Ability to effectively communicate both in oral and written form.
  • Sound skills in problem solving Attention to detail and planning.
  • Self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
  • Proven ability to add value as a part of a diverse and dedicated team.
