job description

The team:
A hardworking, fun loving bunch of people, where they work hard and banter harder. Our clients work on large scale projects within the construction industry on both civil and commercial projects.

A very team oriented group, where “that’s not my job” is never heard. Everyone pitches in to support each other. Thorough support and training is always available.

The role:

Looking for a highly organised mind, to support the client in the scheduling of personnel. There will be anywhere from 8-16 daily techs to organise, and a further 30-40 that need to be rostered on a weekly basis.

You will work closely with internal and external departments to provide a high level of customer service, coordination, support and resolutions.

Location: Woodville

Position: full time, 40 hours per week (2 hours paid at overtime rates)

Contract: temporary to start, with the view to permanency for the right candidate

Duties:

  • daily and weekly scheduling of technicians
  • organising site inductions
  • checking/organising tickets
  • invoicing
  • accurate and prompt data entry and records management
  • general administrative support to the wider team

Required Skills:

  • high level of customer service and professional phone manner
  • excellent written and verbal communication
  • ability to manage high workload and expectations of stakeholders
  • demonstrates attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • natural problem solver
  • excellent analytical skills
  • strong computer and MS Office suite skills
  • proven planning and organisational skills

Working with Project Managers under pressure, you must have great interpersonal skills, be able to plan, think proactively, re-asses and re-prioritise when necessary, manage expectations and work towards quick and high goal posts whilst maintaining a positive and energetic demeanour - the team spirit is high in this group!
