Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Lead a team of solution architects, managing functional escalations, and ensuring effective coordination with stakeholders.
- Escalation Management: Serve as the primary contact for functional escalations, quickly addressing issues and coordinating resolutions.
- Project Oversight: Guide the development, delivery, and implementation of major projects on the Equip platform, ensuring alignment with program goals.
- BAU Transition: Manage the transition of SAP solutions to Business as Usual (BAU), working closely with the service delivery team.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their needs and providing clear communication and guidance.
- Architectural Alignment: Ensure adherence to architecture frameworks and roadmaps, and guide projects through governance processes.
- Risk Management: Identify and manage risks and security concerns related to public cloud SAP solutions.
About You:
- Experience: Extensive background in solutions architecture and SAP functional leadership, with proven experience in managing escalations within large-scale SAP S4 projects.
- SAP Proficiency: Expertise in SAP S4 HANA modules and cloud-based solutions, with additional experience in SAP S4HANA and EAM preferred experience, certifications being advantageous.
- Skills: Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to issue resolution.
