SAP GRC/Security Consultant
**Must have Australian citizenship and NV1 Clearance**

Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled SAP GRC/Security Consultant to join the client's dynamic SAP Security team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing SAP security solutions, with a particular focus on GRC Access Controls. Your expertise will ensure the successful delivery of projects and enhance our client's security posture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients to understand their business needs and security requirements.
- Lead workshops with business and Process Architects to gather requirements and develop tailored solutions.
- Implement and manage SAP GRC Access Controls modules, including ARM, BRM, EAM, and ARA.
- Design roles with complex restrictions to strengthen SAP security protocols.
- Collaborate with technical teams to integrate security solutions within SAP S/4 HANA environments.
- Identify and resolve security issues, presenting effective solutions to stakeholders.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of processes, configurations, and project updates.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and project success.
- Stay current on SAP technologies and trends, continuously seeking opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Australian citizenship and NV1 AGSVA Clearance are mandatory.
- Extensive experience in SAP, including at least three full end-to-end project lifecycles.
- Strong knowledge of SAP GRC Access Controls modules and security practices.
- Experience with SAP IdM and general administration within the IdM toolset.
- Proven problem-solving skills and ability to drive issue resolution.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines.
