• Must have a minimum 5 years' experience in delivery management in complex IT environments.
• Must have experience in SAP products including CRM, PSCD, ERP, S/4HANA.
• Delivery management experience with a large government agency.
• Track record of successful delivery of programs in SAP related applications/ platforms /solutions.
• Experience in preparing, negotiating, and socialising delivery timelines and schedules.
• Report on deliverables and project progress to leadership including SES Band 1 and above.
• Stakeholder engagement, negotiation, mentoring and team management capabilities.
• Experience in presenting information and communicating expectations across conflicting priorities/workloads and a challenging environment.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification.
