The Company

Our client is a large national company within the civil construction machinery and equipment industry. With the Booming Canberra market, this company is capitalising on the construction and rail projects resulting in the need for a strong sales professional to achieve new levels of outstanding service, client aquisition, delivery & sales.

The Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and results driven sales person to take charge of the sales and after sales care! You will be responsible for existing sales coordination with key accounts, developing and maintaining strong relationships, building new business, processing of orders, facilitating showroom sales, attending tradeshows and general administration associated within a sales environment.

Skills and Experience

  • Proven track record in a sales environment
  • Working with clients for pre delivery and after sales care
  • Experience using MYOB, excel and MS word desired
  • High level of attention to detail & ability to follow direction
  • Enthusiastic and strong work ethic
  • Excellent phone manner
  • Exceptional communication and relationship building skills
  • Exposure or experience within the construction industry will be highly regarded.
