A fantastic opportunity exists for a talented administrator to join a world leading manufacturing company. The successful candidate must have previous administration experience; logistics experience would be a bonus as you will be responsible for supporting the current logistics coordinator. You will be working in a tight knit team, so you will need to possess great initiative and a can-do attitude.

If you believe you have exceptional organisation skills, have great attention to detail and genuinely take pride in your work then this is the opportunity for you.

In this role you will be:

  • Taking on role of office manager- coordinating office supplies, running office errands, maintaining upkeep of office etc
  • Providing first point of contact for the company
  • Coordinating incoming & outgoing mail
  • Arranging meetings & taking minutes
  • Maintaining close relationships with vendors, generating required reports for invoicing, tracking incoming supply orders and negotiating new contracts and agreements
  • Providing support to logistics team- processing orders on SAP and communicating order status updates with customers
  • Assisting finance team with invoicing and generating reports
  • Maintain accurate pricelist and quotation records, ensuring quotation approval has been obtained before entering into the system
  • Coordinating events for team
