Your New Company

You will join a specialist electrical company in an office conveniently located in the heart of Chatswood. This is an exclusive opportunity to join a small, cohesive and ambitious team. You will be directly reporting to a supportive manager who is an excellent communicator and is highly regarded amongst the team. Your New Role

Your main aim will be to act as the glue of the office and supporting a sales team of 2 by providing support through all aspects of sales and office administration. This is an extremely varied role in an international company, where no two days are the same. This full time role offers exposure to a variety of office functions, an excellent opportunity to gain experience in multiple areas.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • General reception & administration duties
  • Providing a high level of customer service to all clients
  • Invoicing support when needed
  • Calendar management for the sales team
  • Ensuring compliance with office procedures
  • Assisting with the processing of sales orders into the system

Your profile will demonstrate:

  • Previous experience in an office assistant / administration / reception / sales administration / sales coordinator / sales support role
  • Experience within the FMCG or manufacturing industry is desirable
  • High level of communication - verbal and written
  • Independence and an ability to take initiative
