Your New Company

You will join a specialist electrical company in an office conveniently located in the heart of Chatswood. This is an exclusive opportunity to join a small, cohesive and ambitious team. You will be directly reporting to a supportive manager who is an excellent communicator and is highly regarded amongst the team. This company is well known for being a pioneer within the industry and a leader within the field.

Your New Role

Your main aim will be to act as the glue of the office, providing support through all aspects of sales and office administration. This is an extremely varied role in an international company, where no two days are the same. This full time role offers exposure to a variety of office functions, an excellent opportunity to gain experience in multiple areas.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • General reception & administration duties
  • Supporting a sales team of two
  • Assisting with quotes and budget estimates
  • Invoicing and assisting with Accounts Receivable
  • Ensuring compliance with office procedures
  • Ad Hoc assistance with shipping
  • Liaising with internal and external customers

Your profile will demonstrate:

  • Proven experience in an office assistant / administration / reception role
  • Exposure to supporting sales
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Outstanding communication - verbal and written
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively
  • A love for working within a team
  • Independence and an ability to take initiative
