In this Brisbane based role, you will report directly to the State Manager. The Operations and Service Managers will be your peers. Your duties will include:

  • Managing a small team of Sales Representatives
  • Managing existing relationships with major current customers
  • Managing the CRM reporting system
  • Creating and developing new business development opportunities with new and existing customers
  • Engaging with key stakeholders

The Company

Our client is a proudly Australian company and has been providing quality truck and trailer repairs for over 50 years. They have strong links to major industry and insurance companies, along with longstanding relationships with corporate fleet customers. They also assist truck owner/operators. Their capabilities include mechanical, chassis, panel, painting and auto electrics. They have modern facilities and experienced staff in each capital city. They are committed to carefully planned and sustainable growth. It is due to this growth they are looking to add an experienced Sales Manager to join their Brisbane based Sales team.

The Role

In this Brisbane based role, you will report directly to the State Manager. The Operations and Service Managers will be your peers. Your duties will include:

  • Managing a small team of Sales Representatives
  • Managing existing relationships with major current customers
  • Managing the CRM reporting system
  • Creating and developing new business development opportunities with new and existing customers
  • Engaging and working with key internal stakeholders during all phases of service delivery to customers, including claim management and operational delivery


Your Profile

You will have demonstrated business development, account management and people management experience. Sales experience in Vehicle Insurance/Repair is not a must have but experience in similar industries will be highly regarded. You will have highly developed communication skills and proven history in developing relationships. You will have experience in managing relationships with operations and administration professionals.
