The Company


Our client is a local new home builder which has investor and retail divisions operating under separate branding. They have had long, demonstrated and consistent success in providing new home solution across South-East Queensland. They are averaging 120 starts per year, with yearly revenue of $25million. Their commitment to their customers by way of outstanding design, product quality and on time construction has resulted in sustained growth and a loyal customer network. They have a display homes located across Brisbane. Their Drafting, Estimating and Construction teams have all been provided with the latest, integrated and regularly updated construction software systems. Their displays are tier 1 and recognised regularly in industry as such. It is due to this sustained growth they are looking to add an experienced Sales Manager to lead their Brisbane based team.


The Role

In this Brisbane South based role, you will report to the Director and owner of the business. Your duties will include:

  • Managing a team of residential Sales and Contract Administrators
  • Managing an existing external marketing network
  • Building relationships with key development and investment stakeholders
  • Managing the reporting system including task allocation and deal qualification
  • Creating and developing investment sales strategies and implement and delivering agreed additional sale and completion activities
  • Engaging and working with key internal stakeholders during all phases of customer engagement

Your Profile

You will have demonstrated experience in investor sales, including land acquisition and finance. You will have highly developed communication skills and proven history in developing relationships. You will have experience in managing and providing effective leadership to teams of sales administration professionals.
