About the role

My client is in search for a dedicated B2B account manager in the emerging markets channel. You will be required be able to map Australian opportunities, scope out target accounts, and pitch for new business. Your accounts will be across the QSR, Industrial and Aged Care space across the current portfolio. You will need to help manage successful outcomes and sales results ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction.

Key Accountabilities & competencies

  • Effective market mapping of B2B (QSR, Industrial, & Aged Care)
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of business solutions according to customer needs and business objectives
  • Forecast and demand management building accurate long term sales forecasts to ensure stock availability and achievement of customer service targets
  • Administration of tenders, contracts, price files, claims etc. for the channel
  • Attend to customer complaints and queries and following up to ensure appropriate outcomes for the customers
  • Track key account metrics
  • Identify and grow opportunities and collaborate with internal teams to ensure growth attainment
  • Support the Manager with day to day business requirements
  • Prioritise key activities and support changing demands accordingly
  • Proficient in Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook
  • Excellent understanding of P&Ls, BDPs and sales reporting
  • Strong commercial understanding of FMCG business
