In this Brisbane based role you, as Sales Engineer, will report directly to the Queensland State Manager. Your duties will include:

  • Building a book of business from a blend of existing and new customers in a defined territory in South East Queensland
  • Implementing solution as a sale strategies, based on customer needs
  • Being the initial contact regarding customer technical queries
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
  • Managing the CRM system

Our client is a market leader within industrial instrumentation and process control offering a range of products and services to customers ranging from medium enterprises to multinationals. They manufacture instruments typically measuring flow, pressure, temperature and density. They have an impressive and long heritage in Australia. They are a dynamic and proactive company with facilities and offices in every capital city and they are present in regional centres across the country. They have had impressive and sustained growth in recent years. It is due to this growth they are looking to add an experienced Sales Engineer to join their Brisbane based Sales team.


The Role

In this Brisbane based role you, as Sales Engineer, will report directly to the Queensland State Manager. Your duties will include:

  • Building a book of business from a blend of existing and new customers in a defined territory in South East Queensland
  • Implementing solution as a sale strategies, based on customer needs
  • Being the initial contact regarding customer technical queries
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
  • Managing the CRM reporting system

Your Profile

You will have demonstrated technical experience in process control within a customer centric environment. You will have highly developed communication skills and proven history in establishing and growing relationships. You will be results driven and used to creating and implementing sales plans to reach sales targets.
