Client

My client is an international market leader seeking a technically minded Sales Engineer with knowledge of industrial refrigeration, heat pumps and temperature control (products and services).

With a reputation built on providing innovate and quality products and delivering exceptional levels of customer service, this global organisation has grown to now be recognised as an industry leader within the HVAC&R sector.

Priding on continual improvement and promoting from within, my client is currently seeking to employ an experienced Sales Engineer to join their NSW team and help drive new growth.

Role

Reporting directly to the Sector Manager, you will undertake a variety of diverse tasks:

  • Manage a portfolio of key growth accounts
  • Consistently seeking new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain relationships across the Industrial and Commercial sectors and provide a consultative based sales whereby you analyse their needs and provide the product solution that will add value to their business
  • Develop and implement annual sales plans to achieve a sales budget via market sector and territory goals in line with temperature control offerings
  • Prepare and submit weekly territory call plans
  • Continually maintain and up-date the company's customer record system and report on call activity

You

The ideal candidate for this role will possess:

  • A minimum of 3+ years experience within ideally a solution sale role
  • Knowledge of heat pumps, refrigeration cycle, HVAC would be a distinct advantage
  • Proven track record of achievement in terms of sales
  • Superior communication skills
  • The ability to negotiate with all levels of management
  • Drive, motivation and the ability to consistently meet realistic set targets

Salary base goes up to $100,000 + Super + Company vehicle + Laptop + phone + flexible working conditions + extremely lucrative incentive scheme (40%)
