Our client is one of Australia's largest privately owned freight companies. Due to our recent and ongoing growth, we are seeking a passionate and motivated sales coordinator to join our team on a permanent basis.

As a sales coordinator, you will provide support to the sales team to achieve sales targets and ensure effective and appropriate service delivery to customers and clients.

Your duties will include (but not limited to):

  • Provide sales support and administration to the National Sales Team
  • Preperation of sales documents such as presentations and rate cards
  • Prepare and follow up on customer quotes
  • Generate sales reports
  • Manage customer enquiries by phone and email
  • Following up payment of accounts

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Previous experiece within the Transport industry
  • Expeience within a similar role
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong time management skills
  • Be a team player
