Randstad are currently recruiting for multiple Sales Consultant positions for a well known residential construction company. They are in search for talented & high performing candidates to expand their growing team!

The right candidates will join a team that has a great reputation within the construction industry, with an excellent team culture who offer on going support, and an attractive commission structure.

About you:

  • Experience within a sales role – preferably new home sales.
  • Strong attention to detail and the drive to succeed
  • Strong communication skills – Written and Verbal
  • Ability to work within a team and build great relationships
  • Intermediate/Advanced skills in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel.
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Coaching and leadership skills
  • Quick learner and ability to adapt to change
  • Car and license
