About the job

This is a great opportunity for someone to start their career in recruitment. You will be responsible for Business Support roles such as Admin, Customer Service, Paralegal, Reception, Project Officer and Executive Assistants. This role is working with a great team based in Melbourne CBD with the opportunity to work from our regional offices and home from time to time. This is a permanent position working for Randstad.

Duties include:

  • Identify and develop client/business relationships in a competitive environment
  • Maintain a candidate database
  • Assess and respond to the needs of each particular client or assignment
  • Screen and Source suitable candidates
  • Manage the recruitment process from beginning to end
  • Conduct interviews
  • Writing job ads
  • Completing compliance documents

Who are we looking for?

You don’t need any recruitment experience for this role as there will be great training provided, but we are looking for someone who is sales savvy, driven, proactive and resilient whilst being a professional who is focused on delivering the best possible results each and every day. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, will strive to over-achieve targets whilst working proactively in a team environment.
