Job Details

Organise business development meetings, activities, and events to promote services.
Identify customer contacts, generate leads, and engage with current and prospective clients.
Build and update the training database in CRM; monitor relationship changes and update stakeholders.
Regularly update and maintain training promotional materials, including the calendar and stock levels.
Meet objectives and KPIs; participate in performance reviews and personal development planning.
Adhere to internal policies and procedures; actively participate in compliance training.

About You

Background in customer service, sales or engagement within the training sector.
Demonstrated expertise in sourcing and servicing clients, along with data analysis.
Successful in meeting and exceeding set targets.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Effective time management with the ability to prioritise various tasks.
Competent in using Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and social media tools at an intermediate level.
