Description

  • Answer all incoming calls politely and professionally
  • Work closely with respective team leaders and escalate matters when necessary
  • Assist with quotes, creation of customer files and collating new account documentation
  • Transfer customer queries to sales team and generate monthly sales reports
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to support process improvement
  • Provide exemplary customer service and problem solving assistance
  • Administrative support including stationary ordering, maintaining a clean and tidy office and adhoc support to the wide management team
  • Email inbox control and management

Profile

As an ideal applicant, you will have the following;

  • Previous experience within a similar capacity
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Intermediate to advanced MS Office Suite and CRM database skills
  • Fantastic written and oral communication
  • Professional in both presentation and manner
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Sound skills in problem solving / conflict resolution
  • Self-motivated and able to work under pressure
  • Ability to organise own work priorities to meet strict deadlines
  • Strong Sales support focus
