job description

We are looking for a sales administrator to join our team.

Details of the position

Hours: part time, 3 days per week 9 AM - 3 PM.

Pay rate: 29.40 + super per hour

Location: Griffith, Canberra

Initial contract is 6 months with potential to extend

About the role

  • Provide high quality and effective communication of sales based initiatives from planning to execution phase.
  • Preparation of activity, required documents and close out reports.
  • Coordinate and distribute all point of sale, activation documents, free stock and develop merchandise requirements.
  • Lead the coordination of monthly TPM meetings.
  • Work with marketing teams
  • Work with Sales Manager on promotional programs, NPD & price changes for structured accounts

Effective & efficient sales support

  • Lead Sales database filing records
  • Support and coordinate sales reporting
  • Provide ad-hoc support to the Sales Manager as required
