Position Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Key accountabilities include but are not limited to:
Develop strong relationships with customers and internal staff
Conduct all Sales Support and administration functions to ensure the Sales team is
adequately serviced and have all necessary information for their roles
Answer phone calls and emails relating to warranty and roadside assistance enquiries
Promptly and professionally assist with requests from stakeholders and customers on all
administrative tasks relevant to effective product management and service
Process warranty and roadside cancellations
Process warranty and roadside transfer requests
Proactively identify areas for improvement with processes involving sales, administration,
and operations
Assist and support other members of the Finance & Operations team
Assist with other Ad Hoc operational and processing duties as required
Comply with Privacy Act guidelines and other government policies as needed
Assist with general office duties as required
Able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and to
exercise tact, discretion and diplomacy
Strong customer service ethic with a focus on providing quality
service outcomes
Ability to interpret numerical data and information to complete
required tasks
