Your New Role

As the National Sales Coordinator you will be responsible for providing high level administrative and secretarial support to a team of 8 Sales Executives. You will reporting into the National Sales Manager who is known as a supportive and flexible manager and is highly regarded amongst the team and within the business. This is a rare opportunity for an energetic individual to grow their career within a leading medical device company.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Provide administrative support to the National Sales Manager
  • Organise travel for the sales team
  • Own events and conferences for the sales team
  • Run sales reports for the team and provide sales forecasts
  • Create customer orders within the Salesforce system

Your profile will demonstrate:

  • Proven experience in a Sales Coordinator, Sales Support, Sales Administration or Team Assistant role
  • Experience within the Pharmaceutical, Medical, Health or FMCG industry is desirable
  • Salesforce knowledge desirable
