With continued growth within Brisbane, Concentrix are looking for experienced customer service officers who are eager to kick start their career within a sales customer service position who are available immediately to work in their Inner City Brisbane call center.An opportunity arises to work as a Sales Customer Service Agent to represent an iconic Charity. In this role you will learn some valuable skills that are transferable. This role is for anyone who is looking to upskill and use their unique personalities About your new role:You will work in a successful retention team and will engage with existing clients to continue to support this important charity. As a retention Customer Service Agent you will be responsible for continuously creating positive change for our veterans and their families. Your Responsibilities:Membership engagement and retention is key!! Deliver exceptional customer serviceThe ability to build strong, long term, customer relationships.Handle inbound and outbound enquiriesAbility and drive to consistently exceed sales targets and KPI’sResilience and goal focused The benefits to your new role: Must be available to start on the 11th of October Permanent Full time-38 hours per week Flexible work roster from Monday to Friday, 8am – 7pm with the occasional Saturday 8am – 4pm1 week of paid training to fully equip you with the required skillsTeam culture is of great importance!
