Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain road profiling equipment to ensure precise and efficient road surface preparation.
- Conduct routine inspections and minor repairs on machinery to keep it in optimal working condition.
- Work effectively both during the day and night shifts, adapting to project requirements.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals and adhere to safety regulations.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety protocols on-site.
Requirements:
- Proven experience operating road profiling machinery.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including both day and night shifts.
- Must pass a drug and alcohol test.
- Must pass a physical assessment to ensure fitness for the role.
- Based in Townsville or willing to relocate.
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and commitment to quality work.
