About the Role - Part Time (0.6)
In the part-time role of Retirement Experience Manager, they are seeking a professional to play a crucial role in enhancing the retirement journey for their members. This position involves leading initiatives that develop innovative solutions aligned with strategic goals, ensuring members experience a seamless transition into retirement. This role is part-time at 0.6 FTE.
Responsibilities
- Design Retirement Propositions: Collaborate with senior leadership to create and implement innovative retirement propositions that align with strategic objectives and enhance member outcomes.
- Drive Customer Experience: Act as the expert on retirement experiences, leading the design and execution of initiatives that improve the overall member journey.
- Lead Marketing and Communications: Develop and execute marketing campaigns and member communications to support retirement initiatives, including defining objectives, target audiences, and messaging strategies.
- Evaluate Member Feedback: Collect and analyze member data, feedback, and research to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.
- Enhance Member Engagement: Continuously refine member engagement strategies by leveraging insights from data and feedback, ensuring communications and services effectively meet the needs of a diverse membership.
- Facilitate Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams across product development, member engagement, and digital functions to ensure a cohesive approach to delivering exceptional retirement experiences and achieving business objectives.
Requirements
- Tertiary qualification in marketing, communications, or relevant experience, with a preference for RG146 qualifications.
- Over 6 years of experience in the Australian financial services industry.
- In-depth knowledge of customer experience frameworks, financial advice, and superannuation regulations.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Proven track record in delivering strategic initiatives that positively impact key performance metrics.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive results.
