About our client

Our client is one of Australia’s leading restaurant chains who have been operating since the early 2000’s. Having experienced significant success throughout Australia, the world is on their horizon and they are looking for motivated Restaurant Managers to join them on their exciting journey.

About the Role and Responsibilities;

In this role you’ll be responsible for effectively leading and managing the team, providing coaching and training to increase capability and performance to drive and deliver a positive and memorable guest experience. You will be accountable for the consistent performance and achievement of results in the restaurant

Responsibilities include;

  • Team planning & recruitment for the restaurant
  • Motivate, inspire and energise people and manage the team by setting work standards and demonstrating effective leadership behaviours
  • Effectively manage and resolve any performance issues in accordance with company policy and procedures
  • Provide a safe (and healthy) working environment for employees and guests and comply with company OH&S requirements including RSA requirements are actively managed
  • Compliance with cash handling and other security processes and policies
  • Proactively liaise with Support Office to identify, follow up, and action any repair and maintenance requirements
  • Drive productivity by revenue growth ensuring profit targets are met.
  • Accurately forecasting Main Item Volume which is critical in driving COGS and labour outcomes
