    Our Victorian Government Client is looking for an experienced Reporting and Performance Advisor (Business Analyst) to extract information from reports and interpret data across departments and to join this great team of professionals.


    The primary purpose of the position of the Reporting and Performance Advisor is to integrate business planning processes with organisational priorities, coordinate reporting processes, and implement a consistent approach to business planning, performance measurement and reporting.


    This is a permanent ongoing position directly with the client allowing the successful candidate to initially work 3 days from home and 2 days from within the Melbourne CBD office.


    The position is offering up to $99,000 + super per year ($109k Package), offering up to 12 RDO's per year and benefits of working with Victorian Government.


    The successful candidate will have:

    • Experience in implementing business planning processes and organisational performance reporting.
    • Experience in developing reports and dashboards using appropriate tools e.g. Microsoft Excel and/or Power Bi. - Understanding of change management with some experience in supporting improvements to organisation wide processes and key performance indicators.
    • Well-developed interpersonal and relationship building skills, with an ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships, negotiate and influence, provide advice on processes, present information clearly and work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
    • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent knowledge and competence, together with substantial work experience in corporate business planning and performance reporting.
