You will be responsible for coordinating company construction rental products, liaising business to business and providing a high level of customer service. Working within a vibrant team environment; you will be responsible for managing and maintaining equipment to ensure items are prepared and ready for re-rental.
This position would suit a customer service focused individual with experience or high interest in machine operation, customer service and coordination.
In addition to this, you will need to:
- Provide a high level of customer service incl B2B
- Coordinate freight of hire equipment
- Prepare delivery schedule for following day
- Manage and maintain company rental assets through software program
- Provide product information (training provided)
- Manage internal enquiries via web, telephone and email
To be successful for this position, you will need:
