Our client, a very well recognised as a fast growing rental company providing traffic and plant equipment to the civil construction industry are looking to recruit their next valuable team member! They are based in the greater west region, giving you an opportunity to work close to home. With recent growth within the business, they require a Rental Coordinator. This is a permanent opportunity working full time hours, Monday to Friday between - 7:30 am to 5:30pm

Some of your main responsibilities will include:

  • Processing customer orders received via phone or email
  • Provide high quality and exceptional Customer Service
  • Provide sales quotes
  • Action customer correspondence
  • Provide updates and information relating to deliveries
  • Data entry into systems
  • Other general ad hoc duties

Your profile will demonstrate:

  • Proven track record in customer service within the equipment hire industry
  • Excellent communication
  • Sound numeracy skills
  • Ability to cross- sell other products
  • The ability to solve problems and make decisions, as well as think laterally and offer
  • Creative solutions
