This Company is renowned for leading the lending market and is seeking an individual with superior customer service and sales ability to join their Relationship Management team. This Company is located in North Sydney and close to public transport. You will be joining a high performing operations division that also offers a supportive and collaborative work environment. Your new team thrives upon delivering exceptional customer service.

Your new role

  • Managing the client journey from the beginning through outbound and inbound calls (leads are provided to you)
  • Work closely with the specialised teams to guide clients throughout loan application processes
  • Make informed credit decisions
  • Build, maintain and develop effective client relationships
  • Be proactive and solutions based
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures

Your skillset experience

  • Minimum 12 months experience in a call centre environment
  • Relevant degree is desired
  • Banking or financial service experience is advantageous
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Friendly, can-do attitude!
