Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Registered Nurse to join our professional caregiving team. AM,PM and night duty shifts available across Monday to Friday. As a Registered Nurse at our facility, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality care to our residents. You will work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to ensure that each resident's unique needs are met, especially in the context of dementia care, end-of-life care, and palliative care.
Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate and competent nursing care to residents in line with established care plans and procedures.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and ensure accurate documentation of care provided.
- Collaborate with the multi-disciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Monitor residents' health status, identify any changes, and initiate appropriate interventions.
- Offer support and guidance to care staff, promoting a culture of learning and excellence in care delivery.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive resident records and documentation.
- Foster a supportive and comfortable environment for residents, families, and staff.
