About your role

We are currently looking to recruit a Resourcer to join our successful Banking team within Technologies. With an established warm desk, you’ll focus on placing temporary & permanent candidates across a wide range of roles within the Tech space.

The IT Banking recruitment team in Sydney is headed up by Matthew. Matthew has over 11 years recruitment experience and manages one of the most successful teams in Sydney. He prides himself on listening, learning and helping his team deliver above expectations.

Across the team they specialise in placing Developers, Business Analysts, Project Managers, Change Managers, Infrastructure Engineers, Architects, DevOps, Cyber Security and Business Intelligence staff in a range of tier 1 and 2 companies.

Responsibilities include

  • Working alongside experienced consultants to find the very best talent

  • Achieve individual and team revenue targets and KPI's

  • Source, screen, qualify, brief & prepare candidates for interviews

  • Nurture and grow candidate relationships

What you will need to succeed

We are looking for a driven, outgoing recruitment resourcer who is passionate about delivering the best service to partner with both candidates and clients in a consultative style. You’ll have a can-do and positive outlook and be able to successfully work with senior client stakeholders.

  • Preferably previous recruitment experience

  • You are not afraid to pick up the phone

  • Proactive and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment

  • You like working closely with your team as well as independently

  • Experience hitting KPI’s

  • Resilient
